Refund policy

At Wick Theory Candle Co., every candle is thoughtfully crafted with care and intention. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality of each piece we create.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, unburned candles in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To maintain the integrity of our products, returned items must be in pristine condition. Kindly contact our Client Services Team at Support@wicktheorycandleco.com to initiate your return request. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Please note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired product.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, used candles, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
