All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, delivery location, and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we may offer complimentary shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Wick Theory Candle Co. is not responsible for delayed, misrouted, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Wick Theory Candle Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. International Shipping
